Returns Information

We are happy to accept returns for unwanted items, provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt, unopened/unworn and in perfect condition. Please contact us via email at shop@razmatazz.co.uk to notify us that you wish to return an item including your name and order number.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us at shop@razmatazz.co.uk and let us know what’s happened. We’ll then let you know what to do to resolve the issue. Please provide the order number and details regarding nature of the issue. 

For all returns, please package the item securely and obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.
 

Razmatazz - Geek Merchandise will offer a replacement for the same product/s that were faulty or damaged. Where we cannot offer a replacement we will refund the cost of the item/s and postage where applicable. Customers are required to initially meet postage cost and refunds will be issued once we have received goods back in our possession. 


In regards to Funko Pop! Figures. The cardboard packaging on Pop's is a little flimsy, so on occasion there may be minor bends and corner knocks to the box. These are exactly as we have received them from Funko and unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or offer discount for minor outer box damage, as the item itself is not damaged. We are also not responsible for how these mass produced items are painted and as these have passed Funko's quality control, we are unable to accept returns or offer discount for paint and finish imperfections. We always attempt to pick and package Pop! Figures in the best way possible.
