How can I pay?
We accept the following credit/debit cards online: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa andVisa Debit. We do not accept Paypal at this time.
How much will my delivery cost?
Delivery is charged at £3.95 for all orders under £50.

Same Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays and public holidays) will be dispatched the same day. This is providing that the goods are in stock and available to dispatch.
If you place your order after 1pm Monday-Friday we will dispatch your order the next working day. If your order is placed at the weekend the goods will packaged ready to be dispatched on the next working day.
In the rare event that we are unable to dispatch your order the same day we will contact you by telephone or e-mail to notify you of the issue.
Can you deliver internationally?
We do not offer international delivery.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Delivery usually take 3-5 working days. Please note that a 'Working day' means Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday that is not a Public or Bank Holiday.
If you have ordered several products, and we dispatch those products separately, we will count the value of each dispatch as a separate item and post it accordingly. We will only charge you for the shipping on the first dispatch. When we dispatch your items , we will send you an email. You will receive an email for each individual dispatch if your items are sent separately.
Are there restrictions on deliveries? i.e BFPO or PO BOX Addresses.
We reserve the right not to deliver orders to an address that may not be secure, for example to a communal postal address or a BFPO or PO Box. If this affects your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. If you have ordered a high value item, Razamatazz may reserve the right to deliver to your billing address only. Should this be the case, we will contact you after you have placed your order.
What happens if I’m not home when you deliver?
If you are out and about when Royal Mail try to deliver and are unable to, they will leave a card confirming they have tried to deliver.
Please follow the instructions on the card to re-organise delivery or pick-up directly with Royal Mail.
I want to cancel my order, how can I do this?
You are able to cancel any order before you have received your dispatched and tracking details email. If your order has been marked 'Charged' please call us as soon as possible on 01305 777053 Monday-Friday 10.00-17.00.
What is your returns policy?
We are happy to accept returns for unwanted items, provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt, unopened/unworn and in perfect condition.
My item has arrived and it's damaged or faulty, what can I do?
If your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us at email@example.com and let us know what’s happened. We’ll then let you know what to do to resolve the issue. Please provide the order number and details regarding nature of the issue.
For all returns, please package the item securely and obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.
Razmatazz - Geek Merchandise will offer a replacement for the same product/s that were faulty or damaged. Where we cannot offer a replacement we will refund the cost of the item/s and postage where applicable.
In regards to Funko Pop! Figures. The cardboard packaging on Pop's is a little flimsy, so on occasion there may be minor bends and corner knocks to the box. These are exactly as we have received them from Funko and unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or offer discount for minor outer box damage, as the item itself is not damaged. We are also not responsible for how these mass produced items are painted and as these have passed Funko's quality control, we are unable to accept returns or offer discount for paint and finish imperfections. We always attempt to pick and package Pop! Figures in the best way possible.
