Delivery Charges

 

  • For all orders postage costs are £3.95
  • All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
  • Same day dispatch on all orders placed before 4pm (Monday-Fridays)
  • Delivery usually take between 3-5 days but please leave up to 10 days before reporting to us.

Returns Information

  • Whilst we make every effort to insure all packages are wrapped and protected to a high standard we understand that on occasion they can still arrive damaged.
  • We are happy to accept returns for unwanted items, provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt, unopened, unused and in perfect condition.
  • Customers are expected to cover return postage costs on unwanted items. In regards to damaged items the customer will cover the initial return postage costs and this will then be refunded once items have been received by us.
